We do not head charging our phones every day mainly because it provides us with a great deal of features we otherwise wouldn't have.  Same Along with the Apple Watch.  But is a chance to gesture that has a ring vs. pushing a button on the watch or telephone adequate so that you can find the time to charge that ring everyday (or each n days)?
